Everything you need to know before booking.

A typical "Inside & Out" inspection for a single-family home takes between 3.5 to 4.5 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property. Mike takes his time to meet The Gold Standard of accuracy, examining everything from the roof to the foundation.

Ironclad follows a strict, comprehensive checklist covering all major home systems: foundation, grading, and roof (structural); siding, windows, doors, and drainage (exterior); plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and attic (interior); plus gas leak detection and visible moisture issues (safety). You'll receive a detailed report with photos covering every area assessed.

While not required, Mike highly recommends it. Attending the final 30 minutes of the inspection allows him to walk you through the property, show you findings in person, and explain any "future headaches" he's identified. It's the best way to get the full Ironclad experience.

Real estate moves fast, and so does Mike. You'll receive your high-resolution, digital Ironclad Report via email within 24 hours of the inspection — often the same evening. Reports are mobile-friendly and include clear photos and easy-to-understand summaries.
